Where can i download the HP touchsmart software suite?

i know it is meant for the hp touchsmart pc… But can it be used for normal laptops or pc? I am referring to those non-touch and non-tablet computers?
Is the touchsmart software suite available for download? I like the nice interface alot…

I believe the only legal method is to buy the computer. Check hp website/support
