How to fix my tablet pc?
I have an HP TX2Z Tablet PC with Windows 7 and all the latest drivers. Recently my touchscreen capabilities have disappeared. Under system properties it says no pen or touch input is available for this display. When I try to edit the N-Trig settings in Control Panel I get the following message, “MTM HID CONNECTION FAILED.”
Another thing is when I try to update the driver the installer says that the hardware cannot be found.
What can I do to fix this?
Update to the latest bios,
and open up the device manager
In windows 7 you Start > Computer (right click > Properties) > Device Manager.
Now go through your device drivers and see if there are any conflicts or issues.
Make sure your devices can be seen and update to the latest driver.
