where can a get a PC under $2000.00 CANADIAN?

Does any body knows where can I get a new tablet PC or notebook (but a tablet PC is more preferable) with a processor that is Intel Centrino around the GHz area, uses windows Vista business edition, has a hard drive thats 80GB or up, can take a beating up at a minimum of 5 years, have 2D2 recovery and RAM of 1GBs or more and under $2000.00 Canadian dollars
I was thinking of the Panasonic thought book tablet PC, but i don’t know how much will it cost and don’t know how to order one on their site
I was also thinking of buying a customized HP but don’t know wheres the link to the page where you choose the parts
Any ideas anybody where i can customized a tablet PC or notebook computer for under $2000.00 Canadian dollars in Lethbridge or Calgary or from HP or Acer???
