i need help with computer desktop!!?

there’s a scrollbar in my desktop. I don’t know what happened or what I did but it wasn’t there a few days ago. I have tried changing the theme, wallpaper, resolution… anybody have any idea how to get rid of it? I’m using a PC Tablet with Windows XP

Most likely you have to many icons on there to show up on one shot, so it added a scrollbar so you can scroll down.
