Tablet Pc Microsoft Windows

Reformatting my Lenovo PC. What to do about drivers?
My Thinkpad x61 Tablet is beyond repair and I’m going to need to reformat it. First, how can I go about getting a setup disk? There wasn’t one included when I bought the laptop. Can I contact Microsoft and have them send one or do I need to go through Lenovo. My system information says I have Windows XP Professional but it also needs to be a Tablet PC Edition, correct?
Once, I’ve reformatted, what do I do about reinstalling my drivers. The only disk I have is for the mouse. Are all the other drivers provided for free on Lenovo’s website or will I need to back some of them up before I reformat? How do I back them up? Would using a USB drive work?
Order the system recovery disc set by model and serial number from the manufacturers customer support website by model and serial number, the disc will have all the needed drivers, utilities and operating system on them for your lap top. Set the OS for auto updates and download the service packs from Microsoft and you are done.
