Real Estate device that customers can digitally sign the contracts?

I am looking for a product that my customers can digitally sign contracts on real estate related. I currently have a HP tx1320 Notebook / Tablet PC. Is this device capable of digital signatures that can be recorded in the contract, then printed. Do I need a new system or just a suite of some? Milty @ … thank you anyway
